# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • No one expects cotton candy in a lemonade float, so every pour gets a surprise smile.
  • The blend of creamy ice cream and fizzy lemonade tastes like summer vacation in a glass.
02 -
  • If you wait too long after assembling, the cotton candy will completely disappear and the float loses that whimsical effect.
  • Switching to flavored lemonades gives a totally different color and taste—strawberry lemonade plus blue cotton candy is especially vivid.
03 -
  • Don’t overfill the glass—otherwise, lemonade can spill everywhere and make cleanup tricky.
  • If your cotton candy is a bit stale, fluff it gently with your fingers before adding it to the glass.
