07 - 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee, chilled
08 - Ice cubes

# How to Make It:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine cold heavy cream, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
02 - Using a hand whisk or electric mixer, whip the mixture until it thickens slightly and forms soft peaks. Avoid overwhipping.
03 - Arrange ice cubes evenly in two serving glasses.
04 - Divide chilled cold brew coffee between the glasses, pouring 3/4 cup into each.
05 - Gently spoon the chocolate cream over the cold brew in each glass, allowing it to float.
06 - Drizzle with additional chocolate syrup and sprinkle with shaved chocolate or cocoa powder if desired.
07 - Present immediately with a straw.
